Send us an inquiry using our Design Inquiry Form or ask us questions using our Contact Form. After we have received your information, you will be contacted in a timely manner regarding your request. From here we will come to an agreement about your design and send you our Design Contract for your review.
Upon receiving your signed confirmation of our contract, we will begin on your designs. Samples for your approval will be sent to your email address on a routine basis until we get a design you are comfortable with. Once confirmation has been made, we will send you a final .zip file containing all the design materials. You will have 72 hrs to make final payments for the designs. Finally, we would ask that you fill out of customer satisfaction survey that will be emailed following our final transactions.
Design Process
Our number 1 goal is to make sure you have a design you are 100% pleased with. We will do as many edits and changes required meeting that goal. Updates via email will come plenty and often. Do not be afraid to ask questions, pose ideas, and be as involved as you would like in the designing of your materials. Don’t worry; we’re not satisfied until you are satisfied.
Design Inspiration
Each one of our clients is unique. In this aspect, we take unique measures to meet the design needs of our clients. Inspiration comes from getting to know our clients and making sure they understand what they want versus what we can provide. As always, if our clients don’t know the specifics of their design needs, we are more than happy to come up with a few different designs to get their ideas flowing. We are very considerate of our clients’ needs and constraints and we do our best to accommodate both.
We cannot say we stick to one design theme. Inspiration for us changes as frequently as the weather. We freely move from the modern, classic style, contemporary, minimalist style, to just about anything we feel will work best with the needs of our clients. We prefer to use simplicity over over-exposure to best convey our message. We believe that “less is so much more.”
In our design we utilize: The Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 2007, and our imagination.
Our Goal
100% Satisfaction and Retention. Period. We want our clients to be thoroughly pleased with their designs, contact us again, and refer us to others that need our expertise. We eventually want to grow an expansive list of clients and gain regional, then possibly, national recognition. We currently design a wide variety of design media but want to expand to design multimedia videos and more motion graphics on a regular basis.
